In order to succeed it takes a certain amount of confidence. Let’s think about this, before any great musician, or dancer, or doctor became the best in their field they had to place a certain of amount of confidence in themselves in order to believe they could.
3 Confidence Boosters
Go the extra mile: Take some extra time in the morning when you get dress, where you have to say to yourself before anyone else gets a chance, “You look good!” Don’t always look for validation from others to like your look, when you love it, that love radiates and people can feel your confidence in yourself and they too will love it.
Be prepared: Jennifer Lopez once noted that she is insecure when she isn’t prepared. When you aren’t prepared for your tasks you aren’t at your very best. You feel inferior to the others around you whom are more knowledgeable. You aren’t as confident as you would be if you were prepared and eventually it shows.
Fake it until you make it: You can’t prepare for every single thing or know every single thing you should know. But even if you don’t, show a little confidence in your voice, people will most likely believe you or respect you for not cracking under pressure when you didn’t know something. As the saying goes dazzle them with brilliant or bethel them with BS (Bull sh*t).

Why there is a kardashian empire? Kris Jenner momager…
The Kardashian name brings about controversial topic because of how the family became to be the famous “Keeping up with the Kardashians” (Kim K and Ray J Sex tape), but the Kardashians wouldn’t be famous if the world didn’t support them; many buy their products, and have tuned into their show once or twice. But Kris “Mother Kardashian” Jenner is a GENIUS! She took what could have been her daughter Kim Kardashian’s downfall and turned it into a triumph for the entire family.
There isn’t many industries that the Kardashian’s haven’t touched; Fashion, Make-up, television, movies, etc. All six of Jenner’s children are millionaires with help from her their momager (mom/manager). How the Kardashians came about isn’t the idea way to earn fame and fortune, but what is notable is how they turned what could been a catastrophic event for the family into a benefit. In no way are we condoning doing “whatever it takes to reach the top” but we are indeed saying see the best in every situation in your life. Everyone makes mistakes but everyone has the CHOICE to let it destroy them or they can see the best in the situation. So which will you do?
Fun fact: In 2012 E! Network and the Kardashians signed a 40 million dollars contract for three more years of their show “Keeping up with the Kardashians”, reported by TMZ.com making history as the most profitable deal in reality T.V history.

Angelina Jolie post-double mastectomy(removeable of BOTH breasts) surgery.
Here at BNS, we salute Angelina Jolie for her courage and bravery. Jolie this year went into surgery for a double mastectomy (Removable of BOTH breasts; partially or completely). After testing for a cancerous gene and watching a mother and aunt die from the disease, Jolie decided to reduce her chances. By exercising her choice to choose to take a form of precaution, and showing women there is something you can do. We all have been affected by breast cancer or cancer in general in some shape or form, and it’s great to see someone taking risk to reduce their chances. And even though Jolie may not be the first to do so with this surgery, her influence on the world is large and she touches so many other lives. We salute you Angelina Jolie.
