You can find out a lot about the people around you and what their body language is telling you.

Body language can tell you what words cannot sometimes.

Body language can tell you what words cannot sometimes.

There is something to be gained from every experience, counter, fall, jump, and nearly everything in life.
Today observe things around you more closely you’ll be amazed at what you find…

BNS has a challenge for you. The next time you’re in public take a moment to watch the people around you. Take note at patterns, facial expressions and walks you see.

Note that studies say that the faster of walkers are people who have places to go because they know that walking fast gets them their faster. Time is of much more value to the fast walkers, therefore has them (fast walkers) coming across as more productive. Also watch and see how people often wear the type of day their having on their faces. You often see irritation, joy, and many other emotions on people’s face.

Notice, that those who lean forward when they are listening, says that they are interested. Open hands show that they are more open to receiving, clenched hands say that they are more firm. Nail pickers show signs of timidity and little confidence. Those people with crossed arms come off as standoffish; those with confidence give eye contact and display good posture. Finger tappers come off as impatient or excited.

You can find out a lot about the people around you and what their body language is telling you. Find if your lovers’ body language says that he/she is into you. With help from http://www.wikihow.com/Read-Body-Language

“There’s two things everybody got to find out for theyselves: they got to find out about love, and they got to find out about living.” -Zora N. Hurston

There’s two things everybody got to find out for theyselves: they got to find out about love, and they got to find out about living. Now, love is like the sea. And it’s DIFFERENT on every shore. And living…
-Their Eyes Were Watching God By Zora Neale Hurston

This quote says a whole lot by saying a little. No one can tell you how to live or love, we all have to experience those things for ourselves. It’s refreshing! Mom, dad, sister, brother, neither cousin, nor friend can live for us. The can tell you, if you let them but they cant do it for you. Ultimately you truly find out about living yourself.

At the end of the day you have to live for you. Live for you by you. And love, love hard, love good, love long, love strong, love daily, love freely, love truthfully, love faithfully, love honestly, love people, love you, love wildly, love unconditionally, love forever, love love love. Love how you know how to love. Love is the greatest gift on earth.

Anything that you do in life, FIRST do it for yourself! Why, because of what comes along with doing it for others. Thoughts appear in your head like what will people think; I don’t want to offend anyone; people won’t understand…; doing it for the people.

Nothing is wrong with a little pressure but when those thoughts cloud your judgment and make you begin to question yourself at every turning point, you are no longer in control. But you need the approval of others before you feel good about what you’re doing. When all you need to do is trust yourself and do what’s in your heart, so be the rest! Rather it’s music, art, a project, an outfit, a book, or a business. Just do it for you, first.

We at BNS have found that it takes a lot of stress off of things when you just go with your own flow. And by no means are we saying don’t accept constructive criticism or feedback, which are essential in a lot of aspects of life. But don’t let it overwhelm your thought process and defer you from doing from what your gut (Olivia Pope voice, #Scandal) tells you to do.

“Do what you can, with what you have, where you are” -Theodore Roosevelt

Do what you can, with what you have, where you are. -Theodore Roosevelt

Do what you can, with what you have, where you are. -Theodore Roosevelt

It is easy to get caught up in the idea of wanting everything to be “perfect” before you start a big move, career change, or new job etc. All the things that we need or can fix before we start seem to pop up in our heads and overwhelm and often delay us. But the truth is everything will never be “perfect” in the way you want it to be before start.

Just go with the flow! By “Do(ing) what you can, with what you have, where you are”, said best by Theodore Roosevelt. Use everything that you have now to start, no matter where you are. Don’t wait for everything to fall into place; you may be waiting forever. Take charge and take a step forward, toward whatever you want. And you will get their eventually but FIRST you have to start!

We are the company we keep…?

We are the company we keep...

We are the company we keep…

Some people need to be bluntly told, “Hey, in all honesty, you may never reach your full potential, and not because you don’t have what it takes but because of the company (people) you keep around!” It’s because people often don’t see the enormous affect that the people they spend majority of their time with has on them and vs. versus.

If you want to be great, surround yourself with greatness. Things and people that only add value and lift you higher your life, because how can you truly expect to grow when everyone around you are below you or on the same level as you.

We here at BNS know that things are better said than done. However, truth is, if you don’t seriously change the people around you to people that reflect the life you want to live. Then you may NEVER reach the full potential to get that life YOU want to live. And how are you going to let anyone stop you from achieving your full potential, even yourself?
